Sinossi / Synopsis
Per aiutare i suoi genitori che risentono della crisi in Spagna, Erika parte per un lavoro sulla Costa Dorada. Lì canta per i turisti, mentre negli stessi momenti, a Madrid, si sta per svolgere una delle dimostrazioni più importanti del movimento sociale degli “Indignados”. Da sola in una città che non conosce, si troverà a confontarsi ancor più duramente con la crisi.

In order to help her parents who are affected by the crisis in Spain, Erika leaves for a job on the Costa Dorada seacoast. There, she will sing for tourists while in Madrid one of the most important demonstration of the “Indignados” social movement is about to take place. Alone in an unknown city, she finds herself confronted even more brutally with the crisis.

Biografia / Biography:
Noémi Gruner è una regista francese nata a Parigi. Fresca di laurea alla EMCA di Angoulême nel 2016, ha girato il suo primo cortometraggio animato “La Costa Dorada”. Il film è stato prodotto da Perspective films (Francia) e da Need Productions (Belgio), acquistato da France Television, la sceneggiatura è stata premiata in diversi festival di cinema (Lille, Aubagne, Parigi). Noémi ha creato molti cortometraggi utilizzando svariate tecniche nel corso dei suoi studi, tra i quali  “Tatie Tang”, premiato con il premio Gulli al festival di Annecy.

Noémi Gruner is a French director born in Paris. Freshly graduated from the EMCA School in Angoulême in 2015, she directed her first animated short film La Costa Dorada. The film was produced by Perspective films (France) and Need Productions (Belgium), purchased by France Televisions, and the screenplay had been awarded in several cinema festivals (Lille, Aubagne, Paris). Noémi has created many short films using many different techniques during her studies, among which is Tatie Tango, which was awarded with the Gulli public prize at the Annecy festival in 2014.
