Un uomo e un bambino lavorano in una segheria. Un giorno, il bambino si allontana di nascosto e scappa in una grande pineta, vaga nell’ombra degli alberi come in un labirinto, si ferma a riprendere fiato, indeciso se continuare il percorso o tornare indietro. Intanto, l’uomo si è accorto della fuga del bambino e si è messo subito ad inseguirlo.

The boy’s gaze, enchanted and lost, contrasts the man’s gaze, tough and blind. An imploded fairy tale, an absurd reality. The man and the little boy work at a lumber mill. One day, the little boy runs away and arrives in a vast pine forest. He wanders among the trees as if they were a huge labyrinth. He then stops and thinks about what to do, undecided between continuing his journey or returning to the lumber mill. Meanwhile, the man notices that the boy has run away and starts looking for him.
