Sinossi / Synopsis
Un documentario di animazione su un sogno che alla fine diventa realtà in un film. Una ragazzina di 10 anni vuole a tutti i costi un cucciolo come regalo di compleanno. La delusione è grande quando invece del cucciolo incontrerà il padre che credeva morto. Questo film-documentario racconta la storia di un sogno covato a lungo.

Documentary-based animation about a dream that eventually comes true in a film. A 10-year old girl longed for a puppy as a birthday present. Her dissappointment was very big when instead puppy she got father she had no idea he was still alive. This documentary based film tells a story about a very long-standing dream that kept him alive through many years and actually will come true only now, through this film.

Biografia / Biography:
Ülo Pikkov è nato in Estonia nel 1976. Formazione: PhD alla Estonian Academy of Arts (iniziata nel 2011, attualmente iscritto). Diplomato presso l’Institute of Law, Università di Tartu nel 2005. Diplomato presso la Turku School of Art and Media (Finlandia) nel 1998. Diplomato alla Tallinn Secondary School No.49 nel 1994.

Ülo Pikkov was born in Estonian in 1976. Education: PhD studies at Estonian Academy of Arts, (started 2011, ongoing). Graduated from the Institute of Law, University of Tartu in 2005. Graduated from the Turku School of Art and Media (Finland) in 1998. Graduated from the Tallinn Secondary School No. 49 in 1994.
